Flawian is business decision support for business customers. It is not offered for personal, family or household use and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Data export and switching
You can retrieve your data at any time in Settings under "Download your data": request the export and download the file when it is ready. You can also send a switching request to support@flawian.com. Section 12 of the Terms of Service at /terms sets out your switching rights.
Format: one JSON file (RFC 8259, UTF-8), package version privacy-export.v2; dates are written in ISO 8601 (UTC). A prepared file can be downloaded for 24 hours and you can request a new one at any time. Known limits: a file holds at most 512 MB and must be prepared within 3 minutes. We provide anything the file cannot hold on request. Flawian has no automated transfer to another provider; you pass the file on yourself.

Infrastructure and data location
The servers and the database that run Flawian are operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in data centres in Germany. This infrastructure is subject to the law of Germany and of the European Union.
Measures against access by public authorities outside the European Union to non-personal data held in the Union: the data is stored on this infrastructure under a contract governed by German law; it travels between your browser and Flawian over HTTPS; and we give such an authority access only where an international agreement, Union law or Slovak law permits it. The providers that receive data, including outside the Union, are listed in the Privacy & Cookies Notice at /privacy.
