Getting Started
New to Flawian? Start here.
After signing up, you will be guided through the business profile wizard. Answer practical questions about revenue, team size, industry, goals, constraints, and operating context. Flawian uses those answers to build your diagnostic view and action plan.
You'll need basic business information: company name, industry, approximate annual revenue, number of employees, and your primary business goals. The more accurate your data, the better insights you'll receive.
Your first assessment runs after you submit enough profile information. Exact timing depends on profile completeness and current system load.
Yes. You can update your business profile from the product and rerun the evaluation when things change.
Analytics & Insights
Understanding where your business stands and what to do first.
It is a plain-language read of your company built only from your own answers: how established the business is, which way revenue is going, how much cash room you have, how strong the cash engine is, and what mode you are in. Anything you have not told us is shown as unknown, never guessed.
The system evaluates the profile information you submit and highlights areas where the business currently looks risky or fragile.
Action plans are prioritized recommendations built from your answers and the goal you chose. Each plan item includes why it was recommended, what to do next, and the playbook steps needed to move it forward.
Flawian provides business decision support, not professional legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment, safety, or regulated advice. Validate important decisions with the right qualified professional.
Insights update when you rerun the evaluation or change the underlying profile data that feeds the assessment.
Billing & Subscription
Payment, plans, and pricing questions.
Open Plan & billing in the account menu, or choose a plan under Pricing, to start checkout or manage your paid plan. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles the checkout, payment, invoice and billing administration.
Yes. Open Plan & billing in the account menu and cancel through Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then.
Paid subscriptions are non-refundable once the service has been made available, unless mandatory law or Paddle's terms require otherwise. Cancelling stops the next renewal but does not create a refund. The Refund Policy explains how to ask Paddle or our support about a refund.
Available payment methods are shown by Paddle at checkout and may depend on your country, currency and device.
Account & Settings
Managing your account and preferences.
Go to Settings > Account and click "Change Email". You'll need to verify your new email address before the change takes effect.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, or go to Settings > Security if you're logged in. We'll send a reset link to your email.
The current self-serve experience is built around the standard business profile. If you need a multi-profile setup, contact us.
Use the privacy settings area to request account deletion. If you want a copy of your data first, request an export before deletion.
